PLASMA-CUT SIGN

For my CNC Robotics class, I was assigned to make a plasma-cut desk sign with a personal design on it. For this project, I decided to make my desk sign have a clapper to represent my film career. 

THE PROCESS

I designed my sign's plate and legs on Fusion 360. I exported the file as g-code and then cut out the sign with the plasma cutter. I used an angle grinder to remove the rust and make the plate a nicer, shiny sliver. I used a metal bender in order to create corners for the legs. I used M5s and nuts to secure the legs to the plate.
